Balancing Charm and E-commerce Efficiency
The main challenge was designing a user experience that successfully balanced the brand's inherently cute, charming aesthetic with the clear professionalism required of a successful digital e-commerce platform. The interface needed to feel instantly welcoming, trustworthy, and inspiring to a predominantly female craft audience. We adopted a soft, pastel-forward color palette—utilizing gentle pinks, mint greens, and light blues—complemented by a clean white background. This choice evokes warmth, creativity, and approachability, ensuring that the colorful product images (the finished felt toys) take the spotlight, while the navigation remains intuitive and the path to purchase is clear and uncluttered.
